Installation quality check, piping penetration location, pipe coverings, correct sizing and a general safety check of the unit.
Indoor unit component of the service includes:
Remove and clean indoor unit filters.
Clean indoor unit chassis and coil.
Sanitise the indoor coil, external panels and chassis.
Test and flush the condensation drain and check the condensation pump (if applicable).Check electrical connections.
Measure output temperatures in heating and cooling modes.
Check the air flow at all speed settings.
Reset timers.
Provide operational explanations.
Outdoor unit component of the service includes:
Clean external chassis and rinse outdoor coil.
Examine for signs of corrosion.
Check for signs of refrigerant leaks.
Check outdoor unit components for signs of abnormal wear.
